SINGLES: in the low-season we make special-rates for Singles, € 45.00 in summer and € 50.00 in winter for direct-booker - for singles the cleaning-fee is oncetime € 25.00

• Changing towels every Wednesday and Saturday

TRANSFER:
We will be happy to arrange you transfer from/to railway stations Jenbach (A), Lenggries (D) or Tegernsee (D)! You can also use FREE bus transportation.

We recommend you to take out the Hotel Cancellation Insurance of Europäische Reiseversicherung (European Travel Insurance), which you can purchase at the time of your booking.

Cancellation- and Booking-Conditions

According to the new legal regulations we are obliged to refer guests of our homepage to Cancellation- and Booking-Conditions. Tourism department of our country in corporation with EUROPÄISCHEN REISEVERSICHERUNG have developed a concept, which is supposed to protect both sides (Hotel and Guest) from unpleasantness in case of cancellation.
We have concluded the partnership agreement and therefore you have an opportunity now to take out HOTELSTORNO PLUS-cancellation insurance for our holiday.

General Terms and Conditions of Hotel Industry are applied at our hotel (AGBH). This means:

• The down payment of 30% of the total price is due within 14 days after reservation has been confirmed (You will find the account information on your booking confirmation)
• No cancellation fee is applied by 3 months before the date of arrival; there is only a processing fee of € 50 for the entire booking (in case the down payment is higher, the remaining amount will be transferred back)
• We charge cancellation fee of 40% of the total price by 3 months to 1 month prior to the date of arrival;
• We charge cancellation fee of 70% of the total price by 1 month to 1 week prior to the date of arrival;
• We charge cancellation fee of 90% of the total price by 1 week prior to the date of arrival; and 100% of the total price by early departure.

We recommend you to take out travel insurance to save your costs in case of cancellation.
The HOTELSTORNO PLUS-Insurance offers more than just cancellation cover! The insurance premium is 5 % of the cost of the booked journey and includes the following benefits: 

1. ) CANCELLATION COVER – Cancellation fee reimbursement if you are unable to make the trip
2. ) TERMINATION OF YOUR JOURNEY- Reimbursement of the booked but unused part of the arrangement
3. ) DELAYED COMMENCEMENT OF THE BOOKED STAY – Reimbursement of costs incurred for overnight board and lodging  
4. ) INVOLUNTARY EXTENSION OF STAY - Reimbursement of additional costs incurred on location
5. ) SEARCH AND RESCUE COSTS - In case of distress at sea or in the mountains (including helicopter rescue)
