Cancellations

upon booking confirmation a deposit of 30 % of the price is to be paid within 14 days

  • up to 3 months prior to arrival date cancellation is free, except a processing fee of € 50,- (the remainder of the deposit will be reimbursed)
  • up to 1 month prior to arrival date we charge 40 % of the booking price
  • up to 1 week prior to arrival date, cancellation fee is 70 % of the booking price
  • cancellations within 1 week prior to arrival date result in 90 % of the booking price, no refunds on early departures

To avoid cancellation fees we recommend travel cancellation insurance Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance.
